Welcome to Winimals! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Winimals website and services, including the purchase and receipt of digital collectible artwork ("Winimals") that may include entries into a promotional prize draw.

By using our website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Overview Winimals is a platform that sells collectible digital artwork featuring unique animal characters. Each purchase may include entries into a promotional draw. The draw is offered as a free bonus and is not the product being sold.

2. Digital Product Delivery

  • Upon purchase, you will receive a digital file featuring a randomly selected Winimals artwork.

  • Rarity and artwork are assigned at random based on a weighted rarity system.

  • Delivery occurs via email or download link immediately or shortly after purchase.

  • No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Promotional Prize Draw

  • Each purchase includes automatic entry into a free prize draw.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of total entries and prizes available.

  • No purchase necessary. Free entry available by sending an email to winimalsuk@gmail.com, limited to one entry per email.

  • Winimals reserves the right to verify free entries to prevent abuse.

  • Prizes are clearly listed and may include merchandise, gift cards, or other non-cash rewards.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of digital products and randomized assignment, all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and assets remain the intellectual property of Winimals.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use the digital art for personal use only.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the website, abuse entry rules, or attempt to reverse-engineer the randomization system.

  • Winimals reserves the right to block or ban users who violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Winimals is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or digital products.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from promotional draws.
